Take the trip to the top of Norway! - With a culinary experience at Fossheim.

The hike starts from Juvasshytta and is estimated to take about 6 hours round trip. The view from the top is incredible! This is a journey you will not soon forget!

General information about the hike:You will drive your own car to Juvasshytta (a 45-minute drive). Meeting point at Juvasshytta at 09:30. During the high season, there is also a bus from the center to Juvasshytta.

Note! You must book your place for the hike from Juvasshytta here, NOK 380 per person / NOK 330 for children aged 7-15.
Note! This ticket is not included in the package price! Alternatively, you can book your own guide with one of the activity companies in Lom.

The hike starts from Juvasshytta. The guides will arrive right before the meeting time and give a group briefing. Harnesses will be distributed and adjusted for each participant. Children will use body harnesses, which require a bit more adjustment. The guides will organize this.

The hike is approximately 15 km round trip and takes 6-7 hours.

• Good shoes, hiking boots, etc. (not running shoes!) Hiking boots can be rented at Juvasshytta
• If you have gaiters, it's smart to use them, especially early in June/July
• Sunglasses
• Hat
• Gloves
• Sunscreen
• Outerwear that is waterproof/windproof
• Change of clothes
• Thermos or water bottle. Packed lunch

Per person in a double room: NOK 3,390 + guide ticket
Per child (under 12 years) in an extra bed: NOK 1,380 + guide ticket (children aged 7-15)

Hikes:
Daily guided glacier hike from Juvasshytta to Galdhøpiggen, June 1 – September 15, 2024. Departure at 10:00.
